KanSpam service · Effective 5 October 2026
KanSpam is operated by Spectrum Consultants Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we"). By registering, connecting a Page, or paying for the service, you ("the Customer") confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
KanSpam is a software service that screens and blocks spam messages sent to the Customer's Facebook Pages. It reads incoming messages on connected Pages through Meta's APIs, evaluates them using rule sets and/or AI models, blocks matching senders at Page level or queues them as "detected" for the Customer's approval depending on the selected mode, applies the same screening to comments posted on connected Pages — hiding matching comments and blocking their authors depending on the selected mode — and shows the blocked list and hidden comments with an unblock control in the Customer's dashboard.
The Customer must be a natural person at least 20 years old with full legal capacity, or a duly registered legal entity; must be an Admin of every Facebook Page connected to the service; and is responsible for the security of their account and access links. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, or shared.
Spam classification is automated and not infallible. The service may block a sender who is not a spammer (false positive) or let spam through (false negative). The Customer is responsible for reviewing the blocked list periodically and unblocking incorrect entries. No accuracy rate is warranted, and any decision taken on the basis of the system's output is the Customer's sole responsibility.
Fees are those displayed on the service's website or dashboard at the time the Customer places an order or renews. Fees are charged per Page per billing period. Displayed prices are in Thai Baht and include VAT.
The Company may change its fees with at least 30 days' notice via the dashboard or email; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid for. Promotional prices are time-limited and may end at any time.
The Customer tops up credit in any amount. Credit is an internal unit of payment, not a deposit, bears no interest, and is not transferable. Activating or renewing each Page deducts that plan's price from the credit balance at the time of deduction. The balance never goes negative.
If the credit balance is insufficient at renewal, that Page is automatically set to "paused": screening and blocking stop for that Page, while its data and configuration are retained. Topping up resumes the service. A reminder appears in the dashboard at least 3 days before the renewal date.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Where a refund is made, the Company may refund in proportion to the period or usage rights not actually consumed, or issue replacement credit, as appropriate and to the extent permitted by law.
Purchased credit is not redeemable for cash. On account cancellation, any remaining credit is forfeited — unless the cancellation or termination results from the Company's own act and not from the Customer's breach, fraud, or unlawful conduct, in which case the Company will provide an appropriate remedy for unused credit.
The Customer agrees not to: use the service on Pages they do not administer; use it to block, harass, or discriminate against any person on unlawful grounds including race, religion or gender; attempt to access another customer's system, data or account; reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service without written permission; or use the service in breach of Meta's platform policies or Thai law.
Collection, use and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Deletion requests follow the process on our Data Deletion page.
On account cancellation, the Customer has at least 30 days to export their data (such as the blocked list and Page settings), in the formats and within the technical limits the Company provides, before the Company deletes it permanently. This does not apply to cancellations arising from serious breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, or a government order, and does not affect the Company's legal retention obligations.
The Customer may stop using the service at any time by not renewing or by disconnecting their Pages. Cancellation does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it took effect.
Where the Customer breaches section 9 and the breach is curable, the Company will give written notice stating the breach and allow at least 7 days to cure it before suspending the service — except in cases of urgency, security risk, fraud, unlawful conduct, or risk to the system or other customers, where the Company may suspend or terminate immediately, giving reasonable notice of the grounds.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for indirect damages, lost business opportunity, or lost revenue arising from an incorrect block or from spam that was not blocked, except for damage arising directly from:
In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from third-party claims caused by (a) use of the service on Pages the Customer does not administer, (b) breach of section 9 or of applicable law, or (c) the content or product descriptions the Customer enters into the system — excluding any part caused by the Company's own fault.
The Company is not liable for delay or failure to provide the service caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, failure of telecommunications networks or cloud providers, cyber attack, government order, or any change, suspension or discontinuation of Meta's APIs.
KanSpam is an independent product of the Company. It is not part of, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook, Messenger and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of the service is also subject to Meta's platform policies, and changes to Meta's policies or APIs may affect the service's capabilities, which is outside the Company's control.
The Company may amend these Terms by publishing the revised version on this page with its effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Where an amendment materially affects the Customer's rights, the Company will give at least 30 days' notice. A Customer who does not accept the amendment may terminate before it takes effect and request a refund in proportion to the unused period under section 8(c).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
